Mass 

The mass of an object is the amount of material that makes up the object. 
  1. A bowling ball, for example, has more mass than a beach ball even if they're both the same size.

  2. The word massive was used in the Atoms description above. The more massive an object is, the stronger its gravity pull.

  3. The word means forming or consisting of a large mass.  

  4. An elephant is massive compared to an ant.  An ant is massive compared to an atom.  The Sun is massive compared with the Moon.  Those sentences use the word in its everyday sense.  

  5. Mass is a property of physical objects which, roughly speaking, measures the amount of matter contained in an object.
